I am from Wales, and I graduated from Laban in 2004 with a BA (honours) in Dance Theatre, in which my thesis was titled "The discipline of Authentic Movement (Janet Adler) related to theoretical phenomenology." In my early career I danced for NDCWales under the artistic direction of Ann Sholem, and for Dansgroep Amsterdam under the artistic direction of Itzik Galili and Krisztina De Chatel.

I now work as a freelance dancer with choreographers including Mark Bruce, Ivan Perez, Anouk Van Dijk and Mor Shani. I am currently engaged in a process of research towards developing a methodology of movement and education in collaboration with Ivan Perez and Hannah Shakti Buhler. My research includes an exploration of 'the practice of being and experiencing; with awareness, dissolving thought'. I am interested in sending the knowledge gained from this physical practice beyond the context of dance.
