Hannah McGlashon

Hannah started dancing at the age of 13 at Adagio School of Dance, after playing cricket at county level for a number of years. In 2014 she began her training at Rambert School where she graduated with a first class degree in 2017.

In her second year at the school, Hannah worked on a restaging of Robert Cohan’s Songs, Lamentations and Praises with Robert Cohan and Paul Liburd. During her third year she was involved in the creation of works by choreographers including Darren Ellis, Jenna Lee and Mark Bruce. Also in her final year Hannah worked with Rambert Company, touring A Linha Curva by Itzik Galili in their autumn 2016 season and performing Mark Baldwin’s Creation, a collaboration between Rambert Company and Garsington Opera House at Sadler Wells.

Creatively Hannah has been able to develop choreographically with fellow Company member Christopher Thomas on their own work as co-creators of Retrospect Dance Theatre. They’ve taken their piece In Light of Those You Love to international platforms as well as premiering their first full-length work in September 2017.
