Bryony was born and raised in Kingston Upon Hull and began dancing at the LWHS school of dance. At 16 she moved to London to train at Rambert School of Ballet and Contemporary dance where they had some fantastic performance opportunities with Rambert Company; in Itzik Galili’s A Linha Curva and a duet choreographed by Mark Baldwin performed for The British Red Cross Charity event Dance Power.

Upon graduation she joined Ballet National de Marseille under the direction of Emio Greco & Pieter C. Sholten (2016/17) before returning to the UK as a freelance artist and has since worked with Shobana Jeyasingh Dance, Watkins Dance Company, Lynne Page, Charlotte Edmonds, Arielle Smith, Jamiel Laurence & George Williamson.

In 2018, Bryony joined New Adventures making their debut in Matthew Bourne's Swan Lake 2018/19 tour. She played Dorcas and Juliet in the UK 2019 tour of Romeo and Juliet, the role of Svetlana in the 2019/20 revival of Matthew Bourne's production of The Red Shoes and most recently the role of Ella in his 2021 work The Midnight Bell.
